FIMA NFIP Redacted Claims (OpenFEMA)

Congress passed the National Flood Insurance Act (NFIA), 42 U.S.C. 4001 in 1968, creating the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) in order to reduce future flood losses through flood hazard identification, manage floodplain, and provide insurance protection. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) originally administered the NFIP, and Congress subsequently transferred the NFIP to FEMA upon its creation in 1979. FEMA and insurance companies participating in FEMA's Write Your Own (WYO) program offer NFIP insurance coverage for building structures as well as for contents and personal property within the building structures, to eligible and insurable properties. The WYO program began in 1983 with NFIP operating under Part B of the NFIA and allows FEMA to authorize private insurance companies to issue the Standard Flood Insurance Policy (SFIP) as FEMA's fiduciary and fiscal agent. FEMA administers NFIP by ensuring insurance applications are processed properly; determining correct premiums; renewing, reforming, and cancelling insurance policies; transferring policies from the seller of the property to the purchaser of the property in certain circumstances; and processing insurance claims. rnrnThe paid premiums of SFIPs and claims payments for damaged property are processed through the National Flood Insurance Fund (NFIF). NFIF was established by the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4001, et seq.), and is a centralized premium revenue and fee-generated fund that supports NFIP, which holds these U.S. Treasury funds. rnrnThis dataset is derived from the NFIP system of record, staged in the NFIP reporting platform and redacted to protect policy holder personally identifiable information.rnrnThe NFIP Transactional Record Reporting Process (TRRP) Plan (https://nfipservices.floodsmart.gov/manuals/jan_2015_consolidated_trrp.pdf ) defines for the WYO companies how to report policy and claims information to the NFIP. Supply Chain Greenhouse Gas Emission Factors v1.3 by NAICS-6

The datasets comprise greenhouse gas (GHG) emission factors (Factors) for 1,016 U.S. commodities as defined by the 2017 version of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). The Factors are based on GHG data for 2022. Factors are given for all NAICS-defined commodities at the 6-digit level except for electricity, government, and households. Each record consists of three factor types as in the previous releases: Supply Chain Emissions without Margins (SEF), Margins of Supply Chain Emissions (MEF), and Supply Chain Emissions with Margins (SEF+MEF). One set of Factors provides kg carbon dioxide equivalents (CO2e) per 2022 U.S. dollar (USD) for all GHGs combined using 100-yr global warming potentials from IPCC 5th report (AR5) to calculate the equivalents. In this dataset there is one SEF, MEF and SEF+MEF per commodity. The other dataset of Factors provides kg of each unique GHG emitted per 2022 dollar per commodity without the CO2e calculation. Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC)

Since 1968, OCR has collected civil rights data related to students' access and barriers to educational opportunity from early childhood through grade 12. These data are collected from all public schools and districts, as well as long-term secure juvenile justice facilities, charter schools, alternative schools, and special education schools that focus primarily on serving the educational needs of students with disabilities under IDEA or section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The CRDC collects information about student enrollment; access to courses, programs and school staff; and school climate factors, such as bullying, harassment and student discipline. Most data collected by the CRDC are disaggregated by race, ethnicity, sex, disability, and English Learners. Originally known as the Elementary and Secondary School Civil Rights Survey, OCR began by collecting data every year from 1968 to 1974 from a sample of school districts and their schools. Over time, the schedule and approach to data collection has changed. Since the 2011-12 collection, the CRDC has been administered every two years to all public school districts and schools in the 50 states and Washington, D.C., and OCR added the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for the 2017-18 CRDC. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic that resulted in school closures nationwide, OCR postponed the 2019-20 CRDC and instead collected data from the 2020-21 school year.

FY 2024 Disability Compensation Recipients by County

This report provides county-level estimates of the number of Veterans receiving VA Disability Compensation benefits at the close of fiscal year 2024. It includes the Veterans’ total service-connected disability (SCD) rating, age group, and sex. Blank values represent small cell counts that have been suppressed to protect the identity of Veterans as well as some cell counts that have been suppressed in order to prevent the determination of the values of the aforementioned small cell counts. Some categories may not sum to the total due to missing information (e.g., age, sex, etc.). The availability of sex and age data is limited as some records have no sex or birthdate available. In the table, there are 709 Veterans whose sex is not available and 25 Veterans whose age is not available. The number of Veterans who were disability compensation recipients during FY 2024 but were no longer disability compensation recipients at the end of FY 2024 is 142,756. These Veterans are not included in the table. Approved regional investigations resulting in a Notice of Violation (NOV) and the details associated with each violation that are documented in the Consolidated Compliance and Enforcement Data System (CCEDS). All NOVs displayed were sent as physical letters to the Regulated Entities' business contacts. An NOV may contain multiple violation citations (Category A, B, and C) due to identified noncompliance with different regulatory requirements. USEEIO v2.5 Models

This dataset consists of various USEEIO v2.5 models. All models are built using the coupled model approach described in the EPA 2024 report "Estimating embodied environmental flows in international imports for the U.S. Environmentally-Extended Input-Output (USEEIO) Model" and using the v1.7.0 release of useeior. Models are named using an alias that corresponds with a unique set of model attributes, and the final two digits represent the last two digits of the year intended to be represented. Model alias attributes are defined at https://github.com/USEPA/USEEIO/blob/master/models.md#aliases. Catbird and oriole are detailed and summary-level models, respectively, coupled with CEDA 2024 for representing GHGs in imports. Kinglet and kingbird are detailed and summary-level models, respectively, coupled with EXIOBASE v3.8.2 for representing GHGs in imports. Waxwing and yellowthroat are detailed and summary-level models, respectively, coupled with the GLORIA v59a model for representing GHGs and material flows in imports. The summary level models are available for 2017-2022 for EXIOBASE- and GLORIA-coupled models and 2022 for the CEDA-coupled model. The detailed CEDA, EXIOBASE and GLORIA coupled models are only available for 2022 (note underlying U.S. IO data represents 2017 for detailed models). "v2.5-kingbird-" models replace "v2.3-s-GHG-" models, published under "USEEIO Models with Import Emission Factors for Greenhouse Gases for 2017-2022 from EXIOBASE coupled model". "v2.5-oriole-22" replaces "v2.4-oriole-22" , published under "USEEIO Models with Import Emission Factors for Greenhouse Gases for 2022 from CEDA coupled model". The model objects are in unique tabs/worksheets of each file and defined in https://github.com/USEPA/useeior/blob/v1.7.0/format_specs/Model.md. Links to the model specification files are provided below. IPCC AR4, AR5, and AR6 20-, 100-, and 500-year GWPs

The International Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) produces regular Assessment Reports that provide global warming potentials (GWPs) for greenhouse gases (GHG) in the context of multiple time horizons including 20, 100, and 500 years. The GWPs (in kg CO2-equivalent per kg GHG) can be multiplied by kg GHGs emitted for use in estimating CO2-equivalent (CO2e) impacts of GHGs emitted. In the context of life cycle assessment (LCA) , the GWPs can be used as characterization factors in of the life cycle impact assessment. This dataset provides 20- (GWP-20), 100- (GWP-100) and 500-year (GWP-500) GWPs from the 4th (AR4), 6th (AR6) IPCC assessment reports, and 20- (GWP-20) and 100-year (GWP-100) GWPs from the 5th (AR5) report (AR5 provided no 500 yr GWPs). Datasets are provided in simple tables in Excel, in the openLCA JSON-LD format compliant with the U.S. Federal LCA Commons standards, and in Apache parquet format for the most efficient import into applications or scripts using languages like Python and R. The names for GHGs are from the Federal LCA Elementary Flow List (FEDEFL) v1.2, which are names preferred for this GHGs in the USEPA's Substance Registry Service. These datasets were created using the LCIA Formatter v1.1.1 (https://github.com/USEPA/LCIAformatter). The GWP values are provided in these formats for convenient use; the values have not been altered from the values reported in the Assessment Reports. Python code used to produce the data is available in a github gist under the supporting data links along with dataset metadata from the LCIA formatter.

Complaints are published after the company responds, confirming a commercial relationship with the consumer, or after 15 days, whichever comes first. Complaints referred to other regulators, such as complaints about depository institutions with less than $10 billion in assets, are not published in the Consumer Complaint Database. The database generally updates daily.

National Death Index

<p>The National Death Index (NDI) is a centralized database of death record information on file in state vital statistics offices. Working with these state offices, the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) established the NDI as a resource to aid epidemiologists and other health and medical investigators with their mortality ascertainment activities.</p> <p>Assists investigators in determining whether persons in their studies have died and, if so, provide the names of the states in which those deaths occurred, the dates of death, and the corresponding death certificate numbers. Investigators can then make arrangements with the appropriate state offices to obtain copies of death certificates or specific statistical information such as manner of death or educational level. Cause of death codes may also be obtained using the NDI Plus service.</p> <p>Records from 1979 through 2011 are currently available and contain a standard set of identifying information on each death. Death records are added to the NDI file annually, approximately 12 months after the end of a particular calendar year. 2012 should be available summer 2014. Early Release Program for 2013 is now available.</p> <p>The NDI service is available to investigators solely for statistical purposes in medical and health research. The service is not accessible to organizations or the general public for legal, administrative, or genealogy purposes.</p>
